- Select the date and time of your trip

Choose your vehicle
- Browse the available vehicles for your route
- Compare prices, passenger capacity, and luggage space
- Choose the option that best fits your group size and budget

Fill in passenger details
- Enter your name, email address, and phone number
- Add special requests such as child seats, extra luggage, or wheelchair accessibility
- Add a flight number for airport pickups
- 4.
Pay for your ride
- Pay online with a credit or debit card processed securely through Stripe
- Or choose to pay the driver directly in cash upon arrival
- Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers
- 5.
Receive booking confirmation
- Receive an email confirmation with your booking reference number
- Review trip details and a link to manage your booking
- Save this email for your records
- 6.
Get your driver details
- Receive the driver's name, phone number, vehicle type, and license plate
- For airport pickups, the driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name sign
Changes and cancellation
Use the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking. You can:
- View trip details and driver information
- Change the pickup time or add special requests
- Cancel and request a refund per our cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. You can also choose to pay the driver in cash.
- Can I book a taxi for someone else?
- Yes. Enter the passenger's name and contact details during the booking process. Both you and the passenger will receive confirmation emails.
- How do I know my driver has arrived?
- You will receive a notification when your driver is on the way and when they arrive at the pickup point. You can also contact the driver directly using the phone number in your booking details.
- Is my payment secure?
- All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
