Welcome to TAXISIO.COM! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and TAXISIO.COM. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking and Reservations


1.1 How to Book


Booking a taxi or transfer service is simple! You can do so online, by completing our booking form. Once submitted, this form serves as a contract between you and TAXISIO.COM. By completing your booking, you accept all terms and conditions outlined here.


1.2 Timing is Key


Please ensure you allow enough time when booking, especially for airport pickups. You are responsible for factoring in check-in times and any potential traffic or delays. TAXISIO.COM cannot be held responsible if delays occur due to insufficient time allowance on your part.


1.3 Choosing the Right Vehicle


Make sure to select a vehicle that suits your group size and luggage requirements. Each child, regardless of age, is counted as one passenger. If you’re unsure which vehicle to choose, feel free to contact us for advice. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note we cannot guarantee carrying excessive luggage without prior arrangement.


1.4 Special Requests


If you require a child seat, need space for a wheelchair, or have any other special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. We are happy to accommodate your requests where possible, but advance notice is essential.


2. Pricing and Payment


2.1 Price Quotes


When you book with us, you will receive a quotation based on the information you provide. The price includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, as well as any airport parking fees. If there are any changes to your itinerary, the number of passengers, or vehicle type, we may need to adjust the quoted price.


2.2 Waiting Time and Flight Delays


After the first 60 minutes of free waiting time, additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rate. However, don’t worry if your flight is delayed — we always check flight arrivals to adjust our schedule accordingly.


2.3 Payment Methods


We accept payments online via credit card, debit card, or cash. Your payment will be securely processed, and a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.


3. The Service


3.1 Comfortable, Safe, and Professional


We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable ride. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Additionally, we adhere to all regulations regarding passenger capacity, so we will not exceed the maximum allowed by our insurance and licensing.


3.2 Luggage


All luggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk. Please ensure that your belongings are properly secured. TAXISIO.COM will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal items during transport.


3.3 Child Seats


We offer complimentary child seats for passengers with young children. However, these must be requested in advance at the time of booking to ensure availability.


4. Cancellations and Refunds


4.1 Cancellation Policy


Plans change, and we understand that! If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.


4.2 Refund Process


If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


5. Delays, Liability, and Responsibilities


5.1 On-Time Guarantee


TAXISIO.COM makes every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.


5.2 Force Majeure


In cases of national emergency, extreme weather, or other force majeure events, TAXISIO.COM reserves the right to cancel services. If we cancel due to these events, you will receive a full refund.


5.3 Vehicle Breakdowns


If our vehicle breaks down during your journey, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not available within four hours, we will refund your payment in full.


5.4 Passenger Conduct


TAXISIO.COM reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any journey if the driver feels that they or the vehicle are at risk due to inappropriate passenger behavior. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated due to such behavior.


6. Your Data and Privacy


We take your privacy seriously. TAXISIO.COM will store, process, and use your personal information in compliance with all relevant data protection laws. We will never share your details with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service you have requested.


7. Changes to Terms


TAXISIO.COM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted online, and it is your responsibility to review these terms before booking. However, any confirmed bookings will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.


8. Governing Law and Disputes


This Agreement is governed by Czech law. Should any dispute arise, both you and TAXISIO.COM agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
